Didn't like it a second time I am a new customer to Amazon fresh and this was my second order of groceries. I ordered this salmon. I liked that each piece is packed separately. I did eat two pieces. I use air fryer it cooked very quickly and tasted very nice. I used olive oil with oregano. I defrosted two more pieces a week later and cooked same way in air fryer with olive oil with oregano but I have to say these two pieces did not taste good to me. I read back of package and noticed fish is caught in China. It was a disapp
PINK SALMON ROCKS AND AFFORDABLE The best I can’t believe Amazon sells this for such a great price. Pink salmon is wonderful with a light flavor. Sauté in avocado oil or butter to brown each side. Unlike Sockeye salmon, which is very hard to cook, Pink is easy. I also make a vegetable soup with chicken broth and simply drop in thawed filets to blanch ….literally falls apart in minutes.
