★★★★★ (5/5) PINK SALMON ROCKS AND AFFORDABLE The best I can’t believe Amazon sells this for such a great price. Pink salmon is wonderful with a light flavor. Sauté in avocado oil or butter to brown each side. Unlike Sockeye salmon, which is very hard to cook, Pink is easy. I also make a vegetable soup with chicken broth and simply drop in thawed filets to blanch ….literally falls apart in minutes.
