Terrible Customer Support I purchased a S24 Ultra listed in “ Refurbished Good Condition” from this seller on Amazon (RE-CELL). Nowhere in the description was it mentioned that the phone may no longer be waterproof or that any original features (like water resistance) might be compromised due to its used status.After about 4 months of normal use, I accidentally dropped the phone in water. Despite the original model having an IP rating for water resistance, the screen immediately stopped working and has not turned back on
