good quality and I haven't noticed any missing features I've used Samsung's since the S4, and with this upgrade I went from an S20 FE to this A57 5G, and I use Mint service. My S20 FE is very old at this point for a phone. It came out in 2020 and I'm writing this review in 2026. The A57 has a larger and crisper screen. I like it. Great fast phone! I had an A17 for a few months after my other phone croaked but it was very slow and laggy. I decided to splurge on myself and get an A57. So glad I did! It's great so far, super fast and smooth. The only gripe I have is that in some reviews it said it had an SD card slot...it does not. But I was able to transfer data from my old phone to this new one using my computer so not a huge deal. But I highly recommend this model!
