Only good for one trip NOT waterproof. First use went great, couldn't have raved about this product more. After the second time I drove with it, I left it on my car for a couple days because I didn't need to unpack yet, it rained and water somehow got inside even thought everything was zipped up and closed. A lot of my things in there were ruined due to water damage, my dog crate is rusted, very disappointed. Some small tears throughout the fabric were noticed as well.

Good buy for trips without breaking the bank Did exactly what I needed it too, held out bags, a folded up dog kennel, beach chairs and our camping gear. And it held up to the rain. It functioned as it should and it was definitely worth the money. Also fit my Subaru out back perfectly.

Exactly As Described, with One Flaw... Straight to the point: It worked exactly as described. It strapped down on the rubber mat, and it didn't slide. I used drybags with beach towels to "round out" the front like the pictures. I put two bins and the drybags inside. This carrier gets it done at a fraction of the cost of a hard shell. This roof carrier replaced an expensive hard shell Thule carrier that I foolishly gave to one of my adult kids thinking I wouldn't need it anymore. At a small fraction of the cost of a new or even used Thule, I tried this one and it has performed really well on two trips. It fits a surprising amount of gear and I was able to install it on the roof of a Subaru Outback with roof rack/cross rails and load it myself. Great cargo carrier This rooftop bag worked out beautifully. We used it to hold our luggage and it endured 80+ mph speeds, rain and snow. It performed perfectly. It holds a lot of stuff, projects everything and is easy to use. This thing is legit.

Held up on a 3-day trip through the American West I'll preface this review by saying that it is indeed a bit of a pain to install (2015 Nissan Juke with no racks).
