Received item as new in original box. Great product and works perfectly on level ground. I put in a name your price and it was offered to me, super excited to save money. The item is new and looks great for being an “open box” listing. Shipper (FedEx) damaged a corner of the box and damaged the foam inside but the product was unharmed.
Both litter boxes were like brand new; appearance was excellent, fantastic value, quality was as expected form PetKit. On one of the litter boxes the release handle for the waste bin had come apart, but I was able to put it back together.
