So so I've eaten half the bag. Maybe 20% are mushy. There is very little flavor. I may just go back the shelling the nuts myself. Will taste more fresh and flavorful. I will eat the rest, I don't want to waste food, especially at this price.UPDATE: The seller has reached out to me and made things right. I like doing business with people this kind of folks. Great buy for the money! I bought these to blend with my coffee because I was tired of buying the store bought hazelnut creamer. I was pleasantly surprised at how much was in the bag and the nuts were packaged well. I did not get much hazelnut flavor with my first batch but I plan to work on the ratio of coffee to the hazelnuts so I gave flavor 4 stars because I think it was me and not the beans.
