A Great Game From A Longtime Fan Starting off, a little history: I am a huge Need for Speed fan going all the way back to the 1994 Motor Trend Need for Speed for PS1 which all but defined the genre at the time offering awesome point to point tracks and a commendable car selection for the time. From there, my favorites were Hot Pursuit and followed by the Underground series until the last playable Need for Speed game which was Most Wanted '05. Since then I have played Carbon, Shift, Hot Pursuit 2010, Most Wanted '12, and Rivals
Great Game for Racing Fans Need for Speed for my PlayStation 4 has been a very fun game. I played through the whole game and had its platinum in less than two weeks. The storyline is fun, the handling the vehicles get are good, the options for adding aftermarket parts are extensive, and the game as a whole, is just a lot of fun. Give it a chance! I admit, a few minutes into this game, I thought this game was awful. I immediately regretted my pre-order of this game. Rest assured, I finally gave this game a proper chance and time to play it.I haven't bought a nfs game since SHIFT (which wasn't too great). The series has been confused ever since. I never liked the several different formats of Shift and Rivals due to the lack of an open world.They finally went back to the format that works and is so much fun. This game reminds me of the orig
