Protect Your Body (Maybe?) The supplements are supposed to be an immunity booster. I’ve been taking them for over 6 months now, and I haven’t noticed a change for the better or worse in my immune system. So, they might work or they might not. I don’t have the answer yet, and I will probably update this post in a couple of months. On a side note, the coating makes the pills super easy to swallow while they are big.

Good product Big pill but easy to swallow work well
Hands down a must for travelers! These supplements really work! It seems that for the past few years I tend to get sick whenever we take a cruise or go on vacation so I decided to try these vitamins right before and during our last 2 trips and guess what, I didn’t get sick either time!! One of the trips was a 10 day cruise and we shared a room with someone who had the flu for most of the trip and yet my husband and I managed to avoid catching it. These supplements will be my go-to every single time we travel!!
Great horse pills! :-) We use these at the first sign of a cold and can usually fight it off successfully with a few doses or at least keep symptoms mild. We call them horse pills because they are fairly large but they contain lots of immune boosting goodness!
