Weird taste, and NO, it doesn't dissolve in coffee. Use it already mixed with water. I don't get why whole milk powder is so gross. I just don't get it. Everything I've tried tastes horribly of over-cooked milk. I mean, how hot do they have to get it to dehydrate it? It is completely mind blowing to me that this it's so hard to make decent milk powder!! Great Camping purchase! I bought the 4lb bag for a camping trip last summer. It was great to have easy milk out in the wilderness. I also have used it alot to add to shakes as well as oatmeal. Never had any issues with the bag or seal, even when jamming it in a camping pack and canoe. Would recommend to hikers/campers as an easily transported calorie option!
Sincere review If you want to enjoy a delicious milk this is the right one, I have been using it for two months and I love it, it dissolves well with water and with good taste.

It's the Best Way to go all the way. I like my milk on the creamy side so use a little extra when mixing it. The taste is great. Some may complain it doesn't mix well but I use it with warm water, wait a couple minutes and it's good to go. I continue to purchase this item on a regular basis.
