★★★★★ (5/5) Soak it! Folks! I have been reading a lot of negatives on this mop and the trick is to soak in bucket of water before using. If you use this mop while it’s not real wet or dunk it once without soaking it will tear. Also glide across floor before pressing down. If it’s doesn’t glide it’s not wet enough. Not much pressure is needed for dry erase products to work. BUT it has to be soaked through first. Any less you will be replacing very quickly since it will tear apart!! Works well if done correctly:)

It's a little gross, but that is the nature of a melamine sponge. As for the usefulness of this? It's decent on the floor, though it was no match for black scuffs. It is, however, a revelation on my pantry cupboard doors. I have 12 foot ceiling, and the doors go all the way to the top, where they collect grease and grime from daily cooking.The mop worked great on them, no ladder required.
