In the past 18 years purchasing items I have never had this seller go above an item that I purchased from them. The item was purchased on a Tuesday (in the afternoon) with a item that had to be sent thru truck because of the size and weight of the unit. Today is Friday in the afternoon, and live off and away from the large area and in the country. I just got the unit, in as new, with out any damage or problems. !00 percent for the people that I had contact with and the people who sold it.

Looks new. Turns on. Came with a manual, a blade, and some attachments. It runs, but I haven't used it. I have a fiberglass job I'm looking forward to doing. Makita has been a great brand for me, so I don't expect any issues.
Works great with minimal superficial blemishing. Came as advertised in good condition, looks good for a used product.
Multi tool is in new condition (refurbished) and the price was right, so I pulled the trigger. I have another one of these as well. I am thinking that the release handle (for blade change) is awfully stiff, which might have been the reason for the return. Stiff enough so that the original one might have broken. Keeping a close eye on it and trying not to be heavy handed when changing blades. Hoping it lessens up with use.. Seller was stellar!
