Lid won't seal when the container has been in freezer and taken out. When this container has been in the freezer and we get it out to scoop out the ice cream, I cannot get the lid to reseal. It seals just fine when I put it on when the container is at room temperature. So not good for storing ice cream when the lid won't seal.
Worthwhile Purchase They work really well. The first one I used had a defective bottom - no lid would fit on it but got sent some new ones right away and they work perfectly. It's easy to scoop out ice cream, easy to open and close, and no ice cicles forming on the inside. This is a worthwhile purchase and I will probably purchase another set in the near future.
Wonderful Containers I really like these containers. I make my own frozen desserts in the Cuisinart 1.5 quart machine, so these are perfect.I have only hand washed in warm water, but I am having trouble getting the lid after using a few times. That's why I didn't give 5 stars. But, I do eventually get it back on. It might be something I did. They are great containers :-))

Perfect fit and perfect solution! This is perfect!The Breyer’s lids would not reseal properly. The unsealed carton was messy & left ice cream open. This container held a full container of Breyer’s and sealed nicely.
