save your money the reviews for this brace are obviously fake. First off, the smallest size is too big on me and I work out and have nicely muscled forearms. Second, the plastic piece that holds the strap so you can tighten it spins and turns sideways, causing a painful pinch. Additionally the material the strap is made from is so slippery I cant tighten the brace myself, it simply spins around my arm. Finally, the air pillow is flat and hard. Does absolutely nothing. Good materials and a simple design. My elbow has been creaking when I work out at the gym. No pain, but enough to annoy me. I got this brace to put pressure on my forearm muscles while I perform pulling exercises. It works! No more creaking. The neoprene material is soft and gives good compression. Supportive brace, itchy material While I did find this brace to be supportive, I am unable to wear it for very long because of the material that sits against my arm. If you don't have sensitive skin, it might not be a problem, but It almost feels like the softer side of velcro that the hook part attaches to. After wearing it for a bit my arm would be red and itchy. I've tried a few different types of tennis elbow braces and so far this is the only one I've found with this issue.
Good product Works well
Works better than others I have several of these as I have tennis elbow. I use it when weight lifting it's very comfortable compared to some of the other units.
Relief!!! This is the best tennis elbow brace I have ever owned. It fits well with adjustable strap. The Velcro works well. The pressure spot is constructed well and is comfortable while providing relief. It is easy to put on and take off. It provides pain relief. I think it is durable and will last longer than previous brand. Worth what I paid for it.
