It started out as a nightmare this evening in that UPS Delivered the package to the wrong address but sent me a confirmation that the package was delivered and a picture of another person's front door. I had to deal with UPS for nearly an hour trying to resolve the issue, then finally I brought the pic ups sent to me, and it clearly showed a different street but same number. I drove to the that address and the owner knew it wasn't his package and released it to me after I showed my I.D.
Unfortunately the item was delivered in an unsealed package, and it slipped out and was damaged in transit. Seller was immediately responsive and returns process was easy. Thank you

Refurbished? The item arrived looking like it was BRAND NEW! I'm talking expertly packaged with Styrofoam to avoid damage. It even had the plastic film over top of the touchscreen area, and the picture of the item on the shipping box. They must be brand new. Shipping was lightening fast, arriving in 3 days. Unheard of with an item this big. Oh and did I mention that the seller sent me a follow up email stating that the item has a 2 year warranty?!?! I will definitely buy from them again!
Excellent product, excellent seller. I ordered a black refurbished JBL Boombox 3, and it arrived quickly. However, there was a mismatch between what the box said was inside and what was actually in the box. The item in the box was everything I wanted (seemingly brandnew), but it was Camo color instead of black. I contacted the seller and they offered to give me a $40 discount, which I really appreciated. It's just gonna be in my garage, so who cares about the color. It functions as if brand new
