Taste Great, But Watch For Side Effects I was in my 2nd month of these chews when I realized that THEY must be the reason I was getting skin erruptions and itching. I looked up the side effects from Biotin w/Lustriva... Yep, it seems I'm allergic to the combination. I also read that the recommended daily adequate intake of biotin is 30 micrograms (mcg). I looked on the package and it says it has 10,000mcg per dose (2 chews), but I've also read that EACH chew has 10,000mcg, making 2 chews a total of 20,000mcg per dose...so not sure whi

Great supplement for hair growth I think it’s not as bad as others say, the taste isn’t amazing but also not disgusting. You get use to it, I wouldn’t chew them because they will get stuck in your teeth, just suck on them like they are hard candy I think it’ll be absorbed better that way. I do say it works but I was taking one a day instead of two so the effect was a little slow but it works great with vitamins and Mary Ruth hair vitamins put those three together and it’s amazing I would definitely buy again.
