Fabulous, Lightweight, No Kinking, Superior to standand hoses I started by buying a 30' Bionic hose. It was so great that I bought a 50' one and then a 75' one. The 50 and 75' hoses are their "Pro" ones. I haven't had any trouble with any of them after several months. They are lightweight and they don't kink. I hated dragging around the standard hose, even if high quality. Now, I spot water without any thinking because it's so easy. I didn't use their nozzles. Stainless steel hose Love, love, love our new hose. Light weight when I am using it to water my flowers, considering it is stainless steel, it is not HOT with I water as it is on the East side and gets sun most of the day. No more tangles or issues as other hoses. I drain it as I put it on my hose holder. I unwind it before I add water so it is so great to use. Best investment for me in my retirement years.
Short lifespan, but product support came through. I bought this in October 2025, as I had others and liked how they would not kink. Recently, I had this set up with a sprinkler on a timer set for 25 minutes a day for some new grass. After a week of use it just started leaking water from the middle, there is no sign of damage. Edit 5/13/2026, I contacted the vendor by phone and they apologized for the problem and replaced the hose. I'm completely satisfied,assuming unless this one also has an uncharacteristically short life.
GREAT HOSE UNTIL IT BREAKS I have several of these hoses all around my property. I've replaced each of them a few times because, while they are extremely durable, they do still break. And when they break, they always seem to break at the connector. I'm switching this time to a different brand, although the materials appear to be the same so I'm not sure if it'll make a difference. The problem is that, when an ordinary hose breaks you can cut off the broken end and attach a new connector. You can't do that with these. Once
NOT Crush Resistant, poor flow The non-kink aspect and the brass fittings of this hose are very nice, and it is lightweight and easy to move around. The shut-off valve is a nice feature which compensates for not being able to temporarily shut off flow as with a rubber hose by simply tightly bending/crimping it. However, due to its smaller-than-normal internal diameter, this hose has a smaller-than-normal flow rate. That makes it a poor choice for use with a sprinkler system or without a hose-end sprayer that relies more on p
Surprisingly lightweight and kink-free This is a very good upgrade over those heavy, stiff rubber hoses. It is incredibly lightweight and glides smoothly across grass, asphalt, and even around trees without getting snagged. The claim about it being kink-free actually holds up, which makes watering the yard much less frustrating. The water flow is a bit narrower than a standard hose, but it still has plenty of pressure for normal backyard tasks.
