Easy to Use, Quiet, and Effective I use this vibration plate every day, either in the morning or in the evening, for about 10 to 12 minutes at a time. It is very easy to use, and the settings are straightforward and simple to adjust.The machine feels stable while in use and does not make much noise, which is a big plus. Overall, I am very happy with its performance and how easily it fits into my daily routine.

High quality/Worth the Value This helps my legs after having to walk and stand at my job all day. It also helps lower and upper back. The machine is fairly small to be able to find a spot in the house and the cord is fairly long. It has a variety of speeds, but I like the 5 settings it already has preset. Highly recommend.

Good, low key all body workout. Feels very good afterwards. I've only had it for 2 days but I like it so far. I am tall (6'2") so I wish they made it a little wider so that when my feet are shoulder width apart they are still on the foot points. I would give it a 5 star rating if it were wider. Good Quality Product So far, excellent product. It looks like a well built machine, with quality materials. I just started to use so I can't talk about durability but it looks like it will hold on for a long time. Excellent vibration specs, your body will feel it for sure. I was able to practice some of the excercises as described on the panflet and use the bands as well. Easy to use, does not use up much space, lighweight but sturdy. Overall I do recommend it.
