Consistent quality, variable sizes This is delicious farmed Salmon. Some of the cuts vary in size and shape from package to package. I don’t know if each package is really 12oz. Some of the slices are long snd thin, and some are thicker and wider.The product is consistently good——and priced at under $8.00 is the decent price.

Excellent and fresh! I was hesitant to try this, since I don't like fishy-tasting salmon, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I'm in California if that matters, and this turned out to be very fresh-tasting. I think it's a good value for the money. I made a low-sodium teriyaki sauce to put on top, and it tasted fabulous! I'll definitely get it again.
