My new favourite brand of multivitamins. I'm a huge fan of this multivitamin. I have a sensitive stomach and zinc in multivitamins has always made me nauseous, even if I take it with food. This stuff is amazing. I can take these vitamins on an empty stomach (right before bed, usually), and I get no nausea.They're easy to take. Vegan friendly. Great vitamins These are not your big box store vitamins. They are great vitamins made from food. They are not for people with an easy gag reflex, they are large and they have a strong vitamin smell.
