These are OK - not terribly easy to clean after sous vide use I've used these for sous vide cooking and they work fine for one time use, but they're not really all that easy to clean when you've got sauce, oils, and spices that get cooked in the bag. I was able to seal them reasonably well using a vacuum (and also using the water displacement method)
