This is compatible with the third party mounting solution I use for my other Outdoor Cam, aka the Stick Up Cam.What I haven't been able to do is find a solar panel that works with this camera. I understand ring sells them but I was "one and done" getting a compatible third party solar panel for my Stick Up Cam so I had kind of expected this to

First off, the battery life is excellent. Even viewing the feed for several hours a day they seem to last weeks. They also connect nearly instantly to live video feed. Many other cams I’ve tested seem to take 15-20 seconds or more to get to a live feed. The second thing that caught me off guard was when I was installing the camera was I got a message through ring that someone hand their hands on the camera. I researched that and it is a anti theft feature. This is my second ring camera, first one is a Ring Doorbell install in 05/2021. Never a problem with the doorbell in 5 years.
