Item as described and shown, refurbed but you'd think the doorbell was new when it arrived, excellent price to, perfect working order. Arrives safely packed and next day. Great seller A+, would definitely use Reolink's ebay again.
Everything about this order was exceptional. The only issue I had was USPS which is not the fault of the seller but with USPS. USPS is not what they used to be. If I could offer a suggestion to the seller, please don't use USPS.

These Reolink Refurbished Cameras are every bit as good as the New ones I had purchased in the past. Once configured using the App or the Reolink software for Windows they connect to Blue Iris and work very well.
Great PoE outdoor turret camera for the price—clear 5MP image, reliable person/vehicle detection, and a solid, weather-ready build.
Cameras look fresh and new with perfect packaging. I couldn’t even tell they were refurbs, so more than worth the purchase. Image quality is crisp and clear and connected immediately. Looks great once mounted to the eaves outside too. Will be buying more from this seller!
