Hose is very flexible and you can see what is going through it Great dust collection hose. I used it with a Dust Right 90 degree elbow , and a Powertec collection bag on my DeWalt planer . Works perfect. Great solution for an affordable price.
Too Sturdy This is a great hose overall. It works great as tube extension because it is very rigid. The metal coil is nice and heavy/thick as compared to the Dust Right version. The plastic vinyl is also thicker than most other hoses. As handheld vacuum hose it's too stiff, rigid and heavy. Not a big problem, just worth noting.
Durable enough for lawn cleanup Use it with a leaf vac/shredder. Tube is durable enough to survive small sticks and periodic blockage. Those hose clamps are not tough enough for heavy use - probably sufficient for indoor, dust collection.
Dust collection Good product
Great Hose I bought this hose to use between the dust collector, a planer and some other wood working tools. It works well and stands up to shop life. I have even stepped lightly on them and been able to reform them back to shape again. The internal ribs do collect some dust, but despite the warnings on the internet, I have not noticed a performance loss in dust collection. I shake the hose every week or so to get loosed up the caught dust while the collector is running.
Good, sturdy, almost clear hose (Great for ferrets!) My ferrets LOVE this hose! It's long enough to tie into two knots for them to run through and it's tough enough material that they can't destroy it while supervised. They love to chase eachother through it at full speed backwards and forwards. Some of my ferrets can turn around in the tunnel but large or fat ones can't.Because it's almost clear, you can see if there are toys stashed in it or squabbles are happening or if one goes to sleep in it. Super easy to slide ferrets out without hurting th
