My expectations were reasonably high based on the handful of Amazon reviews that I read, and all my expectations were exceeded by this product from OLMA. Mouth-watering! Have to concur with a prior reviewer...this caviar is buttery, briny, nutty, and oh so delicious. Small, fresh eggs, mmmm! Taste good on blintzes or 34° Crisps. As good as I've had for the money...which at almost $1K a pound is certainly not an everyday item. But I would purchase again. Further, it was ordered on Sunday and received mid-day Tuesday, for our 30th anniversary. Highly recommend Olma!
