Solid Winch for Boat Trailer Winch was easy to install on refurbished boat trailer, and works as expected with a 14' aluminum boat. Only complaint is with the large hook, which only partially fits into the boat hook. Overall quality and price of this winch is good for this application.

Easy installation Works great
Good replacement Easy to mount. Springs are a little weak but seem to work ok for now. Strap was installed incorrectly, so I had to unwind it and reroute it to sit properly. Works well , though.
