Do not order online. We really love feeding our pets this brand. There isn't a lot of fillers or other junk in it and our pets love it. The only down side is that anytime I order it online, wheather through Amazon or their site, it always comes late. This last time it was 4 days late and I had to buy it at the pet store. Even though it showed that it hadn't shipped, I wasn't able to cancel it and I can't send it back. I guess I'm stocked up for a while. Buy it at the pet store. Online is too much of a hastle.
Cats Didn't Enjoy It My cats did not take to this food at all. They avoided it when given the choice between this and multiple other foods. i checked the bag and is was just sealed up a few months ago and has an expiration date of 2026, so I consider it 'fresh'. I say this because I've purchased expired cat food and treats from Amazon in the past.BUt, my cats just didn't take to this food, and it was rather expensive, so we're going to donate it to a local no-kill shelter. Kiki loves the food and it's healthy I was feeding my cat, Kiki, a prescription brand food for a few years to get her drink more. I noticed she was having trouble pooping and it was small and hard. I told a friend of mine about the problem and she suggested I feed her Open Farm because it was natural. So I tried it and in a week she was able to have normal poop. I got rid of the prescription food that was poisoning her. Now if I can only get her to poo in the litter box instead of plants.I'm so glad she is feeding her cat Open
Quality dry kibble for cats My cats love this food and seem to be doing well on it. It smells and looks fabulous so I know it’s a quality food for them. Some foods make them vomit and this one is working well with their digestion.
Quality dry cat food no chicken After too many years I discovered my cat's goopy eyes were because of chicken. This competes with other high quality dry cat foods but is a better price. For a quality food it is worth it because my cats eat a lot less since there are no fillers. They ate a lot more blue dry and so it ended up costing about the same per month.
