IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO REPLACE MCKENZIE OF VERMONT SAUSAGE, THESE ARE IT. I am from New Hampshire, and the big vendor for good quality pickled sausage has been McKenzie of Vermont. They have become scarce all of the sudden, so I have turned to the Interweb in a quest to replace them. These arrived in great shape, and were well packed. These taste good, and are much better cold. They do not have a skin on them, and resemble the McKenzie product very closely. ***MY QUEST HAS ENDED, THESE ARE THE WINNER***

Excellent attractive bottling and great taste. I loved the attractive labeling on the jar right away its very enticing! Then the all pork texture taste of these are just awesome. I have shared with my friends who visit I went thru a bottle in less than a week already.. great product!!
Delicious! I had heard the nightmare stories about bottles like this coming broken or open. The two bottles I received came in their own little cocoons of cardboard and shrink wrap. The sausages are flavorful and have a nice snap to them when you bite down. So why only four stars? There is a large "SPICY!" on the bottles, these sausage were not even a little spicy they were sweet with a nice tangy finish. Besides that I was very pleased and will be ordering again!
GREAT PRODUCT JUST NOT FOR ME ! This is a great product, just not the taste 👅 that I was looking for. I ate the two quarts which I ordered in just a few days so that should say some thing for flavor and taste. But as I said, I am looking for a specific FLAVOR AND TASTE , and believe me I do not mind the search .
