Probiotics The powder cakes together more than other plant proteins I've used, but blends with water just as well. I usually have good gut health, so I only use this protein with the added probiotics when my gut health needs a boost or has been depleted. Love it with frozen peaches/ strawberries & banana!

Update: after using it for the last few months, I can definitely say that the taste and texture all depends on preparation and what flavors you pare it with.So far my favorite flavor combo is to add peanut butter and cocoa powder and this morning I added a bit of chinese 5 spice.
