Protection from splashy kitties Perfect to protect hardwood floors from my 7yo kitty who has recently decided that splashing in her water bowl is great fun. A normal sized placemat was not doing it, but this work very well. Big enough for a good sized water bowl and two food bowls. The lip keeps splashes contained. And it's pretty too. Battleship color is a subtle light green/gray.

Love it First of all I just bought this and received it about 3:00 a.m. this morning let me just say it is not water absorbent at all but it holds water from getting on your floor anywhere else because it has raised edges. Great pet food mat Purchased the small size for my cat’s wet and dry food bowls. The mat is easy to clean and contains any mess with the raised lip. Protects wood floors and the silicone mat does not slip. Variety of colors made it easy to coordinate with my space.
Pretty good Its really sturdy, thick material, which is nice. It holds a lot of water and the xlarge size I got prevents most if it from going into the floor.The only problem is that is does slide a little bit. If you dont mind readjusting it often then its a good buy. I'm probably going to stick something to the bottom of it to keep it in place, but i do like the size and it is easy to clean
