Pumpkin seeds, nothing more and nothing less. Well, I can’t say much about this product other than they’re pumpkin seeds. It’s exactly what I ordered and it is as to be expected. They are a very healthy snack and I have been adding them to my Greek yogurt and berries mix. They don’t have any added salt or sugar and not flavored so they are completely natural and a good part of a healthy diet.I have been trying to eat a lot healthier and seeds are a great addition. So, adding these pumpkin seeds have been great and since they’re ready to eat
Nutritious Pumpkin Seeds These pumpin seeds are a great way to add protein and fiber to your diet. In addition, they are also a good source of magnesium and omega-3s. We add them to oatmeal, protein bars, and press them into the top of homemade pumpkin bread. No added salt or sugar which is important for the healthy diet we're trying to maintain. The seeds taste fresh and the price is great too!
