MUTE button doesn't work! Bought two! Great audio but mute button doesn't work! It's my 2nd pair, after I replaced the first pair for the same issue. I work from home, use it on a PC and usually have two people on the call, there's moments I need to mute myself. Very disappointed. My sister bought the same ones, and also mute button doesn't function.

It's not the high quality Sennheiser I grew to like and Ear pieces held together by cheap foam I bought this thinking Sennheiser is worth spending a little more for higher quality but wow it's not. It works well with Microsoft Teams through a VPN, but it's not exactly nice feeling.
