Wonderful Wonderful Product best comfort and sound,
MUTE button doesn't work! Bought two! Great audio but mute button doesn't work! It's my 2nd pair, after I replaced the first pair for the same issue. I work from home, use it on a PC and usually have two people on the call, there's moments I need to mute myself. Very disappointed. My sister bought the same ones, and also mute button doesn't function.
The headset fits well and is comfortable. It's plug and play with my Apple laptop ... The headset fits well and is comfortable. It's plug and play with my Apple laptop and works properly through my keyboard's USB port. Having the remote is very useful, especially for muting the mic and it has saved me from embarrassment during web conferences from home. The headphones are better than expected but not audiophile quality (I'm sure nobody expects this to be). Also keep in mind that these do not block out outside sound.Perhaps the only downside (a minor one) is the short mic. It
A must-have item while working/learning remotely A life saver!!!While working remotely, conference calls via Zoom/WebEx/etc have been very challenging due to bad reception/breaking/lost connection. I was using a 6-year-old bluetooth headphone, and suddenly experiencing the issues: not just lost connection, but system shutdown - blue screen of death in Windows 10 due to bluetooth connection issue (WDF-Violation). I can bear lost connection issues, but not the system shutdown...Why I choose USB version? Although I like wireless devices, I want w
This is the perfect conference call headset-and I've tried a lot of them I bought my first pair of Sennheisers about 5 years ago. The quality is so good I also record a podcast on it. I am on Zoom as the CEO of a services company some 6-8 hours a day-both before and during the pandemic.I have since issued these headphones to anyone in my company who needs a pair. They're phenomenal. And it's not just "good for the price" -- recently the foam earpads got just so worn out I set out to see if I could "upgrade."I tried every one of Wirecutter's picks and none of them ha
It's not the high quality Sennheiser I grew to like and Ear pieces held together by cheap foam I bought this thinking Sennheiser is worth spending a little more for higher quality but wow it's not. It works well with Microsoft Teams through a VPN, but it's not exactly nice feeling. Ear foam is cheap and rough feeling compared to my Plantronics C3220, audio feels good, they can hear me through a VPN, but a couple concerns- It's all plastic and foam, so it doesn't conform to my head and puts slight but consistent pressure on my ears.- The foam behind the ear piece holds it together, other $
The perfect web conference headset! I have just finished testing my new Sennheiser SC 60s, the sixth headset I have purchased in two years, and (at least on day one) they are far and away the best I've ever purchased for under $40. Specifically:* In music playback, they have a subjectively full-frequency response (caveat, this was not evaluated with equipment and, like everyone over 25 I do not have full-frequency hearing).* Sound isolation is moderate, as expected from on-ear rather than over-ear headphones. I wouldn't use these
Absolutely spectacular Now, let it be known that I am not an audiophile. I don't do a great deal of music listening, and I don't thrive on audio devices. My knowledge of audio is (maybe) a bit above average, but I'm no guru or specialist/expert. However, I am fully aware of how devices compare to others I've tried. The responsiveness of this headset if far and away the best performing device I've used in recent memory. The inline controls respond immediately, even on my bogged-down corporate laptop. I can't believe ho
