Item as described and arrived quickly. If one didn't read the description you wouldn't even notice it was a refurb unit it was in that good of shape. Came perfectly packaged in original box with all accessories. Arrived faster than expected and works great for what I wanted. Price was an awesome deal.

Bought New, Came New, and works better than advertised. I am happy with this unit. On this purchases from the seller, it was shipped with OnTrac. I really like this company and i had never heard of them before. I had another item from this seller shipped using FedEx. I am not happy with FedEx, they said it needed a signature which meant i had to stay home, was coming between 10a-2p, then it changed to 1-3pm, then 3 till later in the day. It came around 6pm and dropped without signature.

Bought a refurbished wave 3. It looks new quality is really good. Value was half the cost of a new one. The appearance was excellent, looks like a n new one. The only complaint isn't with the seller or the wave 3, it's with FedEx not bringing it to the correct address. They left it beside the highway. Surprised someone didn't pick it up

Awesome little unit bought it for my semi truck and it works great at heating it went from 40 and had it set to 70 and it did it in 15 min

Item looks like new and works great and for the price it can’t be beat I like how it looks and how easy it is to move compared to the old one I used to use.(plus this one can be powered by battery) Love it and hope it lasts a long time in my rv

This unit works very good for heating I was able to use the heat down to 32 degrees and it has a powerful water pump so I don’t need to lift the unit to drain it I was not able to try the cooling yet but I’m sure it will work good also this unit is so much better than the wave 2 so I highly recommend this unit if you’re looking for something that works like it should

Physical AC unit wasn’t almost perfect shape. Battery had some minor scratches, but nothing that was not expected for a used item. Was a very good value in buying the battery and head unit together. The item appears to be very well made and worked very well, my first time using it.

I received the unit and it worked perfectly fine, the thing looks like it's brand new, i took the front cover off and I did see a little bit of bent fins on the bottom right of the evaporator/condenser but the refrigerant tubing looks perfectly fine and the fins are not bent very bad at all, i assume this was the reason it was sold as refurbished instead of new which is fine, my unit was missing the drain plug, I messaged them about it and they ended up sending me me a replacement, im happy
