Excellent Game Has some extra content, so it isn't a faithful 1:1 remake, but, as someone who played the original as a kid, I can say that I think I prefer this version.

Classic game with much better graphics! I loved all of these games from back in the classic NES days. These ones have much better graphics and an improved storyline. If you like RPGs then this series is a must-have.
Great game If you're a fan of Dragon Quest then you will love this. It's a remake but there's more to do, smoother movement and of course better graphics. All in all a great addition.
A great Dragon Quest game As a fan of the series I really enjoyed this remake. The original was good and this made it great with the accessibility features which make it easier to play. Seeing as how this is a prequel to the first game I think this is a great introduction to the series.
