It is a thin, thin pillow with zero support. I needed a new pillow and like the neck support ones. I should have known better based on the price . It is complete garbage, too thin to give any support. I slept with it folded in half the long way, even then it provided no support. Effective and Comfortable It's been three weeks and this pillow has definitely helped my neck pain. I have significant reduction in tightness to the point it's almost gone and cracking is nearly gone. It's very comfortable no matter what sleeping position. The pillow case feels fresh and the overall cooling effect is nice.
