Excellent value!! Love how chopped these nuts are. They’re perfect for so many culinary creations and easy to incorporate because of the size. They came in a giant thick plastic bag sealed with a zip tie. Bulk packaging. I put them in two smaller freezer bags and store them in the freezer for freshness. Excellent product will be purchasing again!

Chopped? More like ground-up. I thought these chopped nuts would be like the cashew pieces I can buy in a store and eat out of the bag. But the pieces are so small, they're almost like ground-up nuts. I wind up sprinking them on top of cereal.

Not stale Bought in June 2020 when the description said “May 2020 crop.” I believe it; the nuts are fresh and not at all stale. They were received in a bulk bag, which was closed properly (inside a cardboard box), but by the time it got here, there were some small holes worn in the bag just from abrasion from the nuts, so I transferred them into my own containers. Not raw nuts, as advertised * I'm editing my review to say the nuts did work out for making cashew milk. I soak overnight and change the water several times as it does have a dark grey look to it. Rinse in ice cold water and blend as high as you can go for about 3-5 minutes, I use about 2 cups dry before soaking to make a half gallon of milk concentrate which is then diluted 50% with cold water. Blend, fill the jars half way, then use cold water in the blender and run it to rinse the insides before adding to the concentrat
