Fantastic seller! Item as described--actually, it was better than described and looked almost new. Packed really well and the shipping company communicated every step of the way and made it really easy to receive the item. A++ experience. I'd buy everything on eBay if every experience was as good as this one. Would purchase from them again. The lens came on time as described. Well packaged with lots of protective padding. No damage on arrival. Condition and quality of lens as described. Works without issues. The value is good. Must add import fees or duties to price described on eBay to know final cost. However, the seller was very upfront about import fees, etc. great communication as always. It took awhile for it to arrive but the wait was worth it coming all the way from Japan. It was packaged really well with the bubble wrap. The manual they with it was all in Japanese but I just went online and translated what I needed to know. The seller responded quickly to questions I had. The camera was as described in the description. The price was fair considering when the camera was first marketed its cost was over 3 grand. I am very satisfied.
The camera was in better condition than the photos indicated. It takes several days before the item is packaged and shipped but once it's with the carrier the package is delivered very rapidly 2 days from Japan to the western US. The camera was securely packed with many layers of bubble wrap. This is a great seller I would not hesitate to buy from. A+
It was a slow start, but once things got moving it was a two thumb up. The lens arrived as described and was well packed for shipping. Kitamura Camera did an excellent job of communicating along the way. I am very satisfied, and would do business with them again. The other thumb up would be for the shipping company Kitamura Camera choice to ship the lens, DHL Express. They did a wonderful job on keeping me informed on the update by email and sms of where the package was.
