Overrated This is what fancy is when all you really need is a razor blade. The blades are tricky to put in and watch your fingers!! The blades are wicked sharp
nice design I like the quality and feel of this Lame. It is a good size and easy to use. I did not have any trouble putting the blade on following the instructions. It's nice to have a case for storage. Have only used one blade so far, so I cannot say how many uses you can get from one blade.

Great Lame with metal storing case Easy to assemble lame, use and take apart to store after use. The handle is slim and easy to score the dough as the blade is sharp. I love that it has a metal case to store the extra blades and handle.
Very Nicely Made This is my first lame. I’m quite pleased with its ease of use. So sharp! Much easier to use than the knife I was using before. Comes in a nice little tin box for storage, which I appreciate as this is so sharp. I like the design too. It doesn’t get caught in my bread dough like my knife did. I don’t have experience with other lames so I can’t compare it to others, but it sure beats the knife I was using.
