The gaskets for your ear canal are especially bad as they are made of very thin material that frequently flips inside out and doesn't hold its shape well. Huge let down As a fan of SteelSeries products, this one has me disappointed. When working properly I think this could have been a great purchase but that doesn’t happen frequently. Sounds would be distorted or shut off or the earbuds would shut off completely while I was in the middle of a game/conversation.
