High quality and affordable This is a massive bag of seeds that will last a long time. They are completely clean, zero grit, and they plump up beautifully when soaked overnight, especially with oats or avocado and baking cocoa to make a mousse. They've become a staple for my breakfast routine. My only gripe is the resealable zipper on the pouch because sometimes the seeds get stuck in the track, making it hard to seal tightly.
Good for digestion This has been helping me with satiety, it is healthy and has been good for digestion. I use it in almond milk
Yep - they're chia seeds Got them in this afternoon, and immediately added a tablespoon to some instant pudding. Seem to be fine. Happy with the value.

Fresh, Clean, and Great Quality for the Price I’ve been using chia seeds regularly for years, and this Amazon Fresh Organic Black Chia Seeds (1 lb) pack is one of the best values I’ve found. The seeds are clean, fresh, and have a good consistency—no odd smells, dust, or debris, which can sometimes be an issue with cheaper brands. They gel up perfectly when soaked, making them ideal for chia pudding, smoothies, or overnight oats. I also sprinkle them on salads, yogurt, and even in baked goods for an extra boost of fiber, omega-3s, and plant-b
Good Quality Organic Chia Seeds These organic chia seeds are in good condition, have a nice texture, and are easy to use when I want to add them to dishes. They don't have an odor and have lots of nutritional content. I will repurchase them when I run out.
Great quality and price Great quality and price. I add to overnite almond milk for a pudding, make a sf jam and also add to my daily smoothies.
