Their shipping was tremendous: free, sent out the same day I bought it (wow!), and in my hands two days later (which was from coast to coast). Packaging was safe and secure, and is reusable. Item arrived in decent condition refurbished as advertised. The iPhone shipped was loosely wrapped in a plastic barrier, shipped with a USB a to lightning connector inside of a bubble wrap envelope. No box just the phone. Great price. Fast shipping. Item arrived undamaged, but could’ve easily been compromised based on the loose shipping practice. Overall, I give the seller a B+.
